Great to get out and stretch my legs over Redbridge Lakes, off of Roding Lane North, last week.
Redbridge Lakes is a fantastic local nature reserve offering a whole range of wellbeing activities, from fishing to wild swimming!
Thanks to Gordon and the volunteers I met for talking to me about their work and future ambitions for the Lakes while we strolled through the nature trail.
