I was so proud to welcome pupils from Clore Tikva into Parliament this afternoon for the Board of Deputies’ annual #Chanukah reception. The choir sang beautifully to a packed audience, which included Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis, Rabbi Laura Janner-Klausner and Rabbi Danny Rich, as well as MPs and Peers from across the political parties.

It was definitely the most enjoyable part of my day. The rest has been totally filled with Brexit!
Well done to all the pupils who attended. I’m looking forward to welcoming them back with their teachers for a special tour of Parliament to say thank you.
